As the youngest member of the group, Stephania serves as the group’s compliance manager. She is responsible for all state and federal lobby compliance matters and manages the firm’s political contributions.
Prior to joining Taft Advisors, Stephania worked as a legal assistant for a local law firm where she specialized in personal injury, worker’s compensation, and medical malpractice. She also has public affairs and legislative experience in the Indiana State House where she assisted two Indiana State Senators. Stephania is completing her Bachelor of Arts in political science with a minor in psychology at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis and plans to attend law school upon graduating.
